PSU Cable Compatibility - Fractal and CorsairType4

i know that psu cabels are normally not compatible between brands (sometimes even inside one brand) but from my understanding this noncomp always is because of the different wiring/pinout of the cabels. so i want to know from experience how different the pinout of corsair type4 and fractals psu are if someone know. or what other psu/brands also use the same wiring/pinout as fractal (ion+)

Fractal Design seems to be using the Seasonic pinout, at least on the Ion+ Platinum models, other models may be made by other OEMs and have a different pinout. Jonny at Corsair did mention that Corsair has designed the Type 4 pinout, all their suppliers use it, and some of the suppliers even use the same pinout for models they produce for other brands (some brands don't require a specific pinout, they just tell the supplier to make a modular PSU). But I don't think Fractal Design and Corsair share any suppliers, so the pinouts will be different. Found this from a quick google search:
