Help: Qualcomm Crash Dump

derick24k30

Im using Lenovo Duel 2{global) and tried updating my firmware using Lenovo Rescue and Smart Assistance. After installation, the system experience fastboot loop with no other way to boot. I read an article at XDA to fix this using QFIL, although it works but now my phone seems bricked (Qualcomm Crash Dump mode). Any one can help me? Thank you

Actually, i tried using RSA again after all of this but it says incompatible firmware or something like that and I also tried QFIL flat or meta build using the firmware downloaded from RSA.

What I can only access is the fastboot mode other than that is the EDL mode. Otherwise, it will proceed to Qualcomm Crash Dump mode.

If that's the case, you should probably contact Lenovo, Your bootloader partition seems to be messed up

Just say  that it stopped turning on. They might help you or try a local phone repairing shop if that doesn't work

It’s very likely that they wont help if you word it wrong. Phrase it as an accident, and that your phone somehow bricked.

check your cables!
