Tuf RTX 3080 problem

So in csgo with 1440p max settings i getting 100fps and lower same setting for apex but fps 40-100. 

Motherboard: MSI MEG Z590 UNIFY

CPU: i9-11900k

PSU: EVGA 850 sfx

RAM: G.Skill 2x16GB

CPU COOLING: AIO 280mm

what are your temps looking like? gpu might be thermal throttling hard

also if you have msi afterburner, the card might be power limited?
check that too

Temps are great at least i think so, they are 50-60. And about msi afterburner i dont have it, i have some asus gpu tweak or something

And when i did heaven test my GPU went up to 1900clock speed
