DCH Drivers don't work.

Can't use DCH Drivers.
Please help, I just can't install any DCH drivers because they either cause my monitor to go to sleep after the windows "welcome" screen or cause windows to lag like crazy becoming unusable. 
Surprisingly I can use the old "Standard" drivers and they work just fine. 
Also, after installing DCH drivers and starting my PC in safe mode, allot of devices in device manager malfunction (show that little yellow exclamation mark)
PC specs - 
i5 2400
8Gb RAM
GTX 960 2gb
120 Gb SSD 
500 Gb HDD 
Windows 10 (64bit)

(My monitor is an HPElite Display, tried installing it's specific drivers but they won't run properly (yellow mark still there)

I did, no dice.

Also, the standard drivers are old, the last one came out mid 2021 and windows installs an even older version on the driver. 

Moreover, I want the Nvidia NIS feature. Since my rig isn't that powerful, playing games at lower resolution with not that much quality loss (thanks to upscaling) allows me to run some demanding games at playable fps (30).
