Folder can't be deleted (No path found)

In the process of making a video, I accidentally made the project name "text / text" with that forward slash, which somehow created a ghost folder that can not be deleted. It accounts for 0 bytes and isn't detected when using del or rmdir. I have restarted my PC and it's still there & behaving identically. If system32 doesn't know what to do with it, is there any way for it to be removed?
