We can't see the full error on the screen, what exactly is the error?

Can you clear the CMOS with power cable removed?

Is that the laptop or tower? Wondering if it has BIOS flashback to try newer firmware.

I would request a new unit if you can't get it to work, you can also take a look and make sure the drive is plugged in as well as say any PSU cables if it's the tower

I can't get into BIOS it goes straight to the black screen with the error Lenovo has bios locked where you can't get into it

It is a Lenovo Legion Tower we tried basically everything including sending it back to Lenovo to get worked on what day did is wiped it and they sent it back with no operating system on it and it took another couple days to finally get a hold of somebody to get a copy of windows they sent out a copy of windows but it wasn't a copy of Windows it was a recovery Drive which brought back the underlying issue with the error I've been fighting to get my computer fixed for almost a year now I keep on getting the runaround I did not have the computer for very long before a corrupted Windows update messed up my computer they won't give me a refund because it's past the 30 days but I have premium support from them for a year and that is ending here soon every time I call them I get somebody from India and they keep on sending out the wrong stuff
