My pc is weird?

Ever since yesterday my pc (all in one) has gone off via a blank screen then comes back to original image... then displays weird blurry/fuzzy lines all over the screen (whenever i move the mouse) and its quite annoying! can someone please help!!

OK, it's kinda new. There's still warranty on the thing? If yes, contact your supplier.

 

Only thing you can try yourself is to load Windows to factory settings and update all drivers.

The only issue is that I’m not used to using computers fully. 

 

so I’m not sure what you mean by “load windows to factory settings” 

 

the warranty wouldn’t be applicable as I have no way of figuring out where I had got it from?

Can't be that long ago. That particular Acer is available for just 7 weeks. You don't have an invoice?

 

Possibly the screen is defective. Do you have a TV or monitor you can connect to the Acer to test with?

Maybe the one I sent isn’t the exact one.

as I had bought it in 2020 whereas the one I have right now doesn’t have an input only an output? 
When it does happen with the screen it always happens at the exact time everyday. 7pm? any meaning?
