Only thing you can try yourself is to load Windows to factory settings and update all drivers.

The only issue is that I’m not used to using computers fully.

the warranty wouldn’t be applicable as I have no way of figuring out where I had got it from?

Can't be that long ago. That particular Acer is available for just 7 weeks. You don't have an invoice?

 

Possibly the screen is defective. Do you have a TV or monitor you can connect to the Acer to test with?

Maybe the one I sent isn’t the exact one.

as I had bought it in 2020 whereas the one I have right now doesn’t have an input only an output? 
When it does happen with the screen it always happens at the exact time everyday. 7pm? any meaning?
