Need help with PulseAudio

In pavucontrol I have a pretty jank setup where everytime my system starts up I need to switch my output port from headphone to speaker because I have plugged in at the same time. Is there a way where I can set it up to change to the speaker port automatically?

Running Pop OS 21.10
