laptop Internal storage cannot be read (laptop)

hi, I've tried to solve this problem but got no results, only the clues are getting clearer, my laptop can't boot (the internal hard drive and DVD are not read at all but I can hear the hard drive spinning), the external storage is read, I tried to install wintogo on an external hard drive, and it managed to get my laptop into windows, but I'm not comfortable using an external hard drive as my main storage. additional info my laptop uses HDD_BD like an additional motherboard to store hard drives and dvd's I want to try to replace it but it's expensive, and I'm still in doubt because the hard drive/dvd is spinning and not totally dead
