FPS DROP, High cpu and ram usage,

Hello LTT community,

I've been using my pc for a long time and I haven't notice any problem but 3 days ago my pc started to dropping fps from 100 to 2 and I had to close the game completely and re-open it again. Sometimes I could fix it by just alt+ tab but now alt+tab does not work.  My pc specs: GTX 1050ti, Ryzen 6 1600, 16gb 2666, and an NvME

Did the game have a update recently, it might be the dev fault

No because I've tried f1 2018 and pubg, very differend games and non of them had a recent update

I found out that my wallpaper from Wallpaper engine was using 99% of my gpu.
