Gsync on two monitors?

I’m trying to get my NVCP settings correct and I have a question:

 

What’s the proper way to set up Gsync if I have one Gsync capable monitor and another Gsync compatible monitor? I only game on the Gsync capable monitor which is my main monitor and use the secondary one for watching YouTube videos and Twitch streams.

 

Should I enable Gsync for both monitors or just one? And does Gsync affect watching YouTube videos or Twitch streams at all via Chrome for example? Or is it only for 3D applications?
