help Revert BIOS mod mining gpu, still not recognised

I have a used Rx570 4gb, I had used it in 2019, was working then. Had to put the system away for a while. Now I am trying to get it working again but for some reason nothing gives. "No AMD drivers installed or the driver is not functioning properly". Had to isntall Windows 7 to fix this GPU issue. Windows 10 is too clunky for me,

 

System : Windows 7

- flashed bios with Atiflash 2.93

- Win7-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2019-Edition-19.12.1-Dec2

Throws up a OpenFL error too.

You need to use this driver patcher to fix this problem https://miningsoft.org/en/tools/atikmdag/#what-is-atikmdag-patcher   my friend had the same problem with his rx 480 and this fixed it.
