Outlook mail filter

Hi All,

 

I have an outlook email address that I have setup a lot of things on, many that can't be transferred to a new email address. However, I get a lot of spam on the email address, much that doesn't get filtered. I saw an option on the desktop app to import a block list, but googling I have not found any block lists that I can download to import. So I am wondering if anyone knows a place to get a block list from so I can try and reduce the "Make your pen15 bigger style messages that I keep getting despite all the block rules and sweep rules I currently have in place.
