I built a computer last year and its always had a couple minor issues that were easily temporarily fixable, or just ignorable. For example, if I had "Asus gpu tweak" open, no other apps could run, and if when I shut my system down if I didn't also turn off the psu then my computer wouldn't display, weird stuff. That was really the worst of it so I didn't think to hard into it and ignored the issues essentially. I don't know if this is a deep-rooted result of my neglect or just simple overheating which is why I'm here. Basically I cant play anything that's even a little bit cpu intensive without a complete system crash. When I first built the system, me and my group would run call of duty warzone for hours at a time with no issues except the prior mentioned,  but as time went on and I gamed more and more, my system would slowly give less game time with random unexplained crashes that make no sense. Just before posting this, I had just finished updating warzon to play, and the game crashed within five minutes of being opened. I have no idea as to why or what is going on with my system, if anyone knows what please please please let me know, thanks.
