With that CPU and board, you'll have one PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot available. The rest, if there are more, will be only PCIe 3.0. As long as you only have the one drive and ensure you have it in the correct slot with support, yes, you can get Gen4 speeds.
However, based on the use you're talking about, you don't need that. The only real benefit would be for the video editing, but you'd need to be working with like 4K/8K raw for it to make a difference.
