corrupted after windows update :( help

I need help!!! after updating my windows it seems to be working fine after an hour or so, then after that I noticed I cant click the start the windows start button or even go to windows settings, it just disappear after clicking it. it also gave me an error message after trying to open display settings or personalize. (pic bellow)

 

I'm guessing that this is due to update corruption?

is there any way i could save this without re-installing windows or resetting?

You need to enter into the windows repair by shutting down the computer 3 times during the boot screen with the dots, then you would have settings to choose from. Try playing with those settings. I think there are settings to uninstall an update

i also tried that option and it just have an error too

What does the error say? Or is it the same error?
