For around a year and a half I have had my current rig, I have literally unable to make a new folder. As in, Right click>New>New Folder literally just does not appear. Ctrl+Shift+N does nothing. Simple as.

I have looked around on the internet for this issue before, dove into the registry and stuff like that, But it's been so long, I can't remember what I did. I just know it didn't help. Please, save me from this hell.

Specs are:
EVGA 500W 80+
Ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1650 Super
MSI B450M Pro M2 MAX
16GB DDR4 RAM
Storage:
1397GB Western Digital WDC WD15EARS-60MVWB0 (SATA)
476GB SATA SSD (SATA (SSD))
596GB Western Digital WDC WD6400AAKS-75A7B2 (SATA) <-- I just copy pasted these from Speccy, Sorry if its not very helpful haha

Never ran into this myself but I'd try doing a clean install or at least try the "reset this PC" option since that keeps your programs and settings in case you don't feel like setting things up again.

Could try some of the fixes mentioned here as well: https://windowsreport.com/fix-cannot-create-new-folder-windows-10/

I'd start with the cmd one and see if that helps.
