Black screen and unresponsive pc

For almost a year my screens go black and pc gets unresponsive.

Description:

• The only thing that tells me that it will happen is "crackling" sound in my headphones

• Temperatures are normal (on idle cpu 33-40, gpu 25-35)

• It happens while gaming, browsing web, or without any programs open.

• I cant connect through teamviewer while its happening.

• With xmp2 turned on, it happens more often

• Some days it dont happen at all, but if it happens once, then it happens again and again more often after another.

• I can't tell if something helped or not until it happens again

• Full stresstest with furmark and prime95 did nothing (max temp: cpu 73,9/gpu 62)

Things I've tried:

• changed PSU

• changed ram

• changed hdd to ssd with clean windows install

• segfault test didn't find anthing

• changed mobo (looks like it helped)

My PC (no OC, with updated drivers etc.):

• OS: win10 pro

• CPU: Ryzen 5 1600af

• GPU: GTX 1050ti

• RAM: crucial ballistix 2x8gb 3200mhz (at 2667mhz without xmp2)

• SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB

• PSU: Seasonic Focus GX 650W (old one was 500W, i dont remember name)
