Samsung CHG90 "cold start" problems

I havent been using my pc during the week anymore and the past few weeks ive been getting this... whatever it is when i launch it on the weekends now, im sure its the monitor itself as my second monitor is completely fine and changing cables and ports doesnt change anything either.

 

After leaving it be for a few minutes it returns to normal but i cant say i feel comfortable with this happening every weekend.
