How should I setup 4 drives, with 5 VMs

Kinda starting the unholy hypervisor war here guys. Chill.

I'm already set in using Windows - no time to learn other hypervisors from the ground up. Besides, the question was how to setup the drives. 

 

Anyway, I went the Storage Pool route but will be keeping a close eye on it. Also, I already have a WS Datacenter license so I can cram everything (and more) in 1 box.
