I installed ubuntu on my new PC and after I installed drivers for my AMD GPU it just gets stuck at my MOBO manufacturer's logo and won't boot. I've tried reinstalling ubuntu, fixing grub2 and something more that I don't remember. If you have any idea how I can get my PC to boot, please tell me! I've been at this from 8pm yesterday to 6:30 am today an I'm tired because I only slept for 4h.

Can you at least get to the BIOS? Does it send out an error like "No bootable medium found! System halted!"? or a blank screen with a single cursor? or can you get into GRUB and Ubuntu doesn't show up on the list of Os?

First, try using integrated graphics. I've had some issues when I tried out a Vega card a while back. You might also want to try and flip to a secondary BIOS if your board supports it.
