I don't think you'll get to play Cyperpunk or gta 6 on this budget right now. Graphics cards are a big problem right now. Also, with peripherals, you'll have only about $650-700 to actually spend on your computer on the higher end. I would either wait on the peripherals or wait for a higher budget. The 5600G is way to expensive for this budget as it would be a third of your computer costs.

 

This is the best I could do for the computer part. Try to get a copy of windows on ebay or something for cheap.

You haven't chosen really budget friendly options for this build, You can do better than that.

I don't really get why did you include such expensive Gen 4 drive, While 5600G doesn't even support PCIe Gen 4.

Nor case and cooler makes any sense in this price range...
