Years ago I had nuheara iq buds (first gen). they were kinda first gen and buggy. Recently saw a short circuit with a similar technology with anker (I think). Have they gotten better? And who are the companies that are leading in this area.

 

It was to be able to hear certain things around you but block out the rest.
