Synology server showing wrong information?

Hi guys, 

 

So I had to re build my Plex server. I copied all the files over again onto the Plex storage pool, but... It says it has filled my other storage volume but in file manager its showing the files on the Plex drive???

 

I have restarted the server and its the same. Has anybody come across this issue before?

 

Storage pool only has about 200GB in it currently.
