akko rose red problem

hello, i recently bought akko rose red switches and im wondering if anyone can help me with this when i was inserting them and the leaves had no where to go on my pcb i have gk61 which is hotswapable. im now wondering if i can clip the metal leaves bcs i dont need to solder them please help
