Planning first Custom loop - advice needed

I'm planning to do my first custom loop.
Idea is to cool an RTX 3080 Ti and a Ryzen 5600x or 5800x using a single 140 x 420mm rad.

 

I plan to use

Front: 3x Noctua A14 PWM chromax for the rad, PWM

Top: 2x Corsair iCUE QL140 as exhaust in the top, configured to lowest RPM

Back: 1x EK-Quantum Reflection Uni 140 D5 PWM D-RGB - Plexi as pump / res combo

 

Bad idea? Anything I need to be cautious of?

How should the water flow? Pump -> GPU -> RAD -> CPU ?
