OK BUT WAIT:

5600XT fans don't work so might be reason it's thermal throttling but he says he damaged it! Price is 100$ flat & can pick up. Is it worth it can by fans for 10$ already sourced. Should I take it or not worth it?

Took it now I'm having issues with RX 780 but I bought a 5600XT as well for like 90 flat soop... We'll see if I got scammed.
