AMD radeon software not working

Hi.I have a problem for last 4 days.About 2 days ago i was installing a game and went outside,after the game installed the pc went to sleep mode and when i came home i turned on my pc but my monitor was not turning on.After i restarted the pc everything was fine except radeon software was not working.So i downloaded AMD cleanup utility and uninstalled the driver and then installed it again but it didn't work anymore.Then i installed a fresh new windows and it worked until today when i again had to do something outside and my pc went to sleep mode again and AMD again isn't working.All my of my drivers are at there latest version!

 

My gpu is 

Radeon rx 480 8gb

My cpu is 

Ryzen 5 2600x

You can try disabling Sleep Mode. I dont know why its happening, so this is just a work-around. 

After that you can DDU(display driver uninstaller) the driver and reinstall.
