PC doesnt boot, VGA debug white light

So my PC that has been funcnioting for a while doesnt Turn on any more , no display signal . Graphics card is evga 3080 ti , leds are on fans doesnt Spin . Doesnt seem to post, pressing once the power Burton ir turns of after . This hás happened to me before with a gigabite 3080 althout fans spun to 100% speed at the time . Is it a graphics card fault again? Or ir could it be the the psu fault? I think there might have been thunderstorm during the night with the PC turned off and might have damaged ir. Thanks for the help! List of components. -evga 3080ti, cpu ryzen5600x. MB msi b550a-pro. Bitfenix whisper M 750w psu

Hi,

I know this might not be the problem, but try to take out all of your RAM out of the system and turn it on.

If you get a "Ram Not Detected Error", try to plug just one in and try to turn the PC on again.

Yes i tried that, dram light Turn on without any ram with ONLY One in same as before. Tried both individualy on various slots . When i try to Start it my monitor always displays no signal
