Performance issue on laptop

Hello, I have a lenovo thinkpad laptop and a cooler for it, it is running windows 10 and has integrated graphics. My problem is, that whenever I launch an application my laptop does not use more than 30-40% of my gpu, even though I am getting lets say 80 fps in Minecraft. I have the "ultimate performance" power plan, and my temps are around 60C or 140F under load. I have had this issue for a long time, but now Im not ok with 4 chunks rd. Please tell me what is wrong! Here is an example of what is happening 90% of the time:

See, when you use your integrated graphics card, it uses your cpu for all the graphics work and even your RAM, so when you load games which contains 3D content in it or maybe loads of graphics, then your CPU has to load the game files into memory as well as use its integrated GPU to run the game therefore require more power altogether. That's why it says very high in power usage. I suggest you use the adapter while playing the game as it will then put any load on the battery and hence the life cycle of your battery will last longer.

First off, my cpu usage is around 10-15% and I AM already plugged in, It may sound weird, but I have one of those laptop pc setups, so its always plugged in!

Okay then that's even better but the thing is as you said earlier you are using an integrated graphics so they are not that good for gaming. So you might opt for an external GPU if you can do so but it will be expensive.

im saving for a pc but it will take a couple more months to a year, soooo i will take the fix for now and btw 100 fps on fancy on 40% gpu usage is not bad by me
