Help choose laptop

I apply network security and programming degree program, So here I want to buy a laptop for programming, video editing and some gaming such as battlefield 5 or Halo 2. So here my question. What procesor should I take intel or ryzen? And what about graphic card?

Well, with your budget it looks like going with a 16 series or low end 30 series is the way to go for graphics. You should decide for yourself if you would rather have raytracing or not. As for the cpu it doesn't matter which side you go at that price point, you are going to run into a lot of intel machines because they have been on top for so long but a ryzen based system is going to be cheaper in some instances. Most importantly do your own research look at what you want and go from there, we can't read your mind.
