cant reinstall windows

I just tried to reinstall windows using my usb that has windows 10 on it. I set boot priority in bios for usb 1st then hdd then the ssd. But when I start my pc with the usb this error pops up. Please help me

Get a Windows USB drive or DVD, and go through the setup process that way - completely format the drive and create a new partition when the time comes. Looks like your new installation was corrupted in some way.

My system is down that is why I am reinstalling it,I installed the windows on this usb like literally 20mins ago it is brand new. And as I am writing this it got fixed somehow wow HAHAHAHA thanks anyways
