Low GPU usage in GAMELOOP

HI Please help me, I'm in trouble
i have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6g SUPER graphics
I was playing Pubg Mobile game on GameLoop with the best graphics settings
But it has been a problem
my usage GPU in pubg mobile Reached below -10
And it made me lag
I have no problem in other games, only the game loop
I reinstalled Game Loop several times, even I changed Windows, but it didn't work. All my drives are updated
Please help me
