Witch cooler should i get?

So as the title says im wondering what cooler i should get for my 5800x. Its an itx pc so the biggest cooler that Will fit is 133mm height.

ive used a few of them in the past in various builds and I’d even recommend them for non compact builds simply for being quiet and keeping hotter motherboards super cool 

But it says its tdp 130 and thats dangwrously close to the 105w tdp of the 5800x?

In that scenario I would recommend the dark rock TF, a 220w, 131mm downdraft cooler meant to sit alongside the dark rock 4 and competitors like the NH-D15

I am probably not going to overclock but is the dark rock LP better than the nh u12s cus i can get them for the same price
