I got a GTX 1060 6GB Windforce OC that i use for light gaming. I bought it used a couple of years ago. Ever since i got it i noticed there is some noise comming from the fans. It's kinda like a fan hitting a wire or something grinding its also comming in like waves. You can hear it when the fan speed is 65-80% , you can also hear it just slightly up to 83% but above that and below 65 it doesnt happen. Something similar was happening to my previous gpu  so i took it apart and put some oil in the bearing.. tried doing the same on this gpu but there is no bearings??? It has like a pcb and below has the copper things idk.. it also says brushless fan... Anyone can help?
