Smart Card Reader Issue_Ubuntu

I have a Dell Optiplex 7040 with i5 and Ubuntu 20.04 FF. We used to use Alcor Smart Card Reader and Inbuilt Card Reader from Dell Keyboard(KB813) on Windows 7 and 10 for reading our smart cards. Then we started testing Ubuntu with same programs we were using on Windows platform. Everything works but we couldn't found luck on smart card.

Search many online forums and topics..nothing works.. Ubuntu is detecting hardware but after analyzing we are getting some XML file with CardPeek which is of no use to us as we need info in PDF file.

Is there a way to get this thing work???!!!
