Distro to Rad

Hi please can someone help me figure out what fitting i need to complete this. currently using EK quantum 16mm 90, with extenders and a 16mm fitting on the distro. 

 

Does such a fitting exist that would bridge the gape between these 2 ? or replace the fitting in the distro?
