Budget (including currency): 1500 (my build goes a bit over)

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Cold War, Rust, Microsoft Databases/programs

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): everything, my setup is about 3-8 years old on the parts but would really want wireless items to accompany the ML08-H’a portability

So this is what I had in mind for this, I really want a 3060-3070 graphics card so whenever I see a game I can play it no matter what it is (maybe Cyber Punk, who knows) and wanted intel for the on-board graphics (but there’s things listed below why maybe going to Ryzen)

Anyway, I would get just 1 SSD 480 for now and upgrade to a second one in the future, with a 256 NVME for windows and other basic programs (I know LMG say its a lot better to use NVME for that kinda stuff on videos).

I *think* 650 watts is enough for this as well, might be totally wrong and over budgeted that part on accident. I would also be replacing my monitor and peripherals because my current gear is... well dated (linked here is a part list for that, the keyboard was a hand-me-down https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HwCKQD which didn't know I was gaming with "luxury" I don't think I have ever used the macro buttons on the side of the keyboard). That being said, might change out the peripherals on a later date because budget (wanted to only spend 1400-1500$)

Anyway, back on topic for the ML08-H. I've been looking for a lot of cases that have this small form factor with being able to fix a full size GPU this has been my favourite model. I have never built my own computer by myself (brother built the last one for me) so my only concern with this is the clearance of the GPU with the "Support graphics card up to 13 inches (330mm)" as Silverstone Boast and has two expansion slot on the back with the 3070 Eagle (or my back up the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB Video Card) taking up 282 mm each and two expansion slots a piece.

I've also been told about maybe rocking a 5600X and using the stock Wraith Stealth Fan because it'll have similar clearance to the AR06's 58mm tall. Also to change the mother board from (intel) ASRock H470M-ITX/ac Mini ITX LGA1200 to the (Ryzen) Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI Mini ITX AM4. Then the last change from the Intel to Ryzen was to change the ram from G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 to the G.Skill Aegis 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16.

Everyone always says: What do you do more game, or normal functions, but I mainly (for power anyway) do games, but I watch and stream videos on my computer a lot more than gaming but I just want to be able to play Cold War with better than 20 frames a second low settings, or Minecraft with a LOT more mods then I normally run.

I listed here what games I run off of steam (looks like doesn't pick up steam shared games) anyway, I play lots of Minecraft, occasionally I feel the need to play more demanding games like Cold War, Fortnite (I say demanding because my 1050ti can barely run low settings 15 frames), and Rust (which is why a 3060 would probably be a better fit than the 3070) but at this point it becomes whichever I can get my hands on first. Being a full time college "adult" don't really get epic amounts of play time (The CS-GO is over 6 years of playing it) but I want this computer to be the only thing I use for the next 5-10 years with no upgrades needed (but isn't that everyone's dream to future proof? LOL)

I haven't purchased anything if that is what you're asking.

Just planning for it all. The build I have currently is in the post (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HwCKQD) which I would sell afterwards to recoup some expenses here for the "dream" computer which is this link (https://pcpartpicker.com/user/fourwordsalluppercase/saved/zgqv6h)

  • Better cooling for same price
  • slightly better MB but cheaper
  •  same or better performance RAM but cheaper
  •  1tb m.2 high speed (budget)
  •  For GPU I went down so I can manage your build better this GPU can still get you high FPS and you will be able to game on 2k it will run every game its stronger than 2080 super
  •  Way better Monitor
  •  for keyboard I don't know what you are going to choose so I put the 2 both same price so it wont affect the final price but you choose which
  • and last For headset I went with the MH751 because its super comfy and really good in gaming and it does have a pure sound for bass … etc if you wanna watch a movie or hear music and can work on any platform (PS: if you bought them don't sell them because its best money value option)
  • For OS you can get one from eBay or CD keys for max 20$
