PC stuck on POST screen

I attached a screenshot of what the PC looks like. Often, it gets stuck here for around 2 min-30 min, so it can get pretty annoying. I have already switched around the boot drives, and the problem still occurs. Is there any fix for this?

 

 

Note that this is a friends PC, and I am currently helping him over discord on his phone.

Is it faster if you remove all your drive?

Had same problem on my Asrock board.

I replaced CMOS battery and voila.

If it's an old board I'd do the same..

post system spcs plz.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Specs are:

 

R5 3400g

GTX 1650 Super

Gigabyte B450m DS3H

Adata SU800 512GB

Inland (some size drive that I don't remember)

CXM550

16GB 3200 RAM

 

So its not a super old board. Plus, if its possible to avoid going inside the PC, that is for the best. My friend is not so happy about fiddling around inside his PC
