On Battlefield 1 I am having really bad fps drops and idk why. My system should be able to handle it really well? I have a 3070 FE, Ryzen 5 3600, 16gb ddr4 3600Hz ram, 750 w power supply, b450 tomahawk max motherboard.. what is wrong with my pc, I am running the game at medium settings with resolution scaling at the normal 100. my gpu utilization is at 100 one second then goes down to 40 or 50. my cpu never goes above 50% (maybe thats the problem?) Do i need to change some bios settings to make it run better in games or what is the problem?

bump for the same problem i have on my machine, a 1060 6gb with a ryzen 5 2600 working as bad as a 650 ti with i3, with the "never above 50%" cpu usage and gpu utilization sometimes dropping from 80-90 to 43-50

yeah with battlefield 1 it can get like 165 fps on high but there are a lot of moments where the frames stutter and it goes from that high to like 10 fps...
