first pc no audio/ speaker working

after finishing my frist pc and posting , i found that my speakers , headphone jack does not work at all . my computer would be able to see the devices just no sounds coming out. i have been surviving on using my asus display audio . But for some reason my speakers wont be able to connect into the computer. the motherboard i am using is MSI Z490 ACE . i did download the audio drivers they asked for but does not help . if anyone can think of something i would appreciate it .
