Would it be a problem for a guy going with a 5900x+RTX 3080 with a 2070 in the future?

It's not exactly a PSU i'd buy for RTX3080 so swapping it out for a better one wouldn't hurt but i'd just see if it works with RTX3080 and then if it doesn't - replace it, if it does - just keep it.

I'm planning on getting a 3080 in the future. I currently have a Gigabyte G750h running a 3070 (temporarily) and a 2070. I mine (undervolted and underclocked) with both and game on the 3070 (undervolted as well). The G750h only has OVP/OPP/SCP/UVP yet say the Leadex Gold III has OVP / OCP / Dual OPP / SCP / UVP / OTP / NLO / SIP. I'm not sure where i heard it from but I do recall that the G750h was in the A-tier before it got sent to C becuase it was missing OCP and OTP with I think the lack of OTP being the problematic part.

It indeed was, we couldn't confirm that it has OTP so it was detiered.

Also it doesn't have OCP so is that a problem for the 6800xt/080 and above tier cards that may use high current or OCing say an intel gen 10/11 cpu?

Doesn't have 12V OCP perhaps, it's hardly relevant for a budget PSU.
