X570 Passive Cooling
Go to solution
Solved by Chris Pratt,
There's no need. The chipset fan virtually never even comes on on the current X570 boards, anyways. It was technically necessary for the original spec, but in practice the chipset almost never gets hot enough to need it. Honestly, even if were to get hot enough to warrant active cooling, that's actually more of a sign of just exceptionally bad case airflow/cooling, and that should really be fixed anyways.
