Hello there!

It's been a month since I bought my new wireless mouse which is an Asus ROG Keris. And since I bought I kept encountering this sudden disconnections, like my mouse is skipping/jumping. Most likely a wireless interference since this won't happened when it is connected via USB cable. Below are the followings I did to troubleshoot it:

  • Updated mouse firmware
  • Reinstalled drivers and ROG Armour Crate app
  • Turned off ALL WIFI at home(routers, phones)
  • Tried using the mouse in safe mode thinking there maybe some running apps that's causing it
  • Tried all USB ports (2.0 & 3.0)

I'm running out of ideas, and it's really annoying specially when you play FPS games. I hope someone can help me here. Thanks!
