Hide Soundcard without disabling it.

Hi!

 

Anyone knows if i can "hide" a soundcard device from this menu with regedit or anything else.

 

 

I want to hide, not disable the "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)", i'm using the SRS Audio filter and it works alongside with Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio) because is an audio filter for my headphones if i disable it the SRS audio filter will not works.

I'm pretty sure it's not possible with the built in controls. I have a similar issue from using a different virtual device and haven't found a solution.
