Please let me know if my build would work sufficiently enough or if some parts would work better

Budget (including currency): $3000 AUD flexible

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1440p AAA games (CoD Warzone, Borderlands 3, Cyberpunk 2077 etc.)

Case: InWin A1 plus, pics attached

PSU: 650W incl with case

MOBO: Gigabyte Z490-I Aorus

CPU: i9 10900k OC to ~5.2-5.3GHz

CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U12A, both fans changed to generic 12025 115CFM fans (SHLF1212MBE-38)

GPU: Currently 2080 S, will be upgraded to dual slot 6800 XT

RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GBx2 3200MHz

Case Fans: 4x generic 12025 115CFM fans (SHLF1212MBE-38) (1 rear exhaust, 2 bottom intake, 1 side exhaust), pics attached

Fan controller: generic 5.25" Fan controller w/ LED touchscreen (Mounted with permanent double-sided tape) pics attached

Storage: 4TB 3.5" HDD (Mounted onto generic 3.5" drive slot, then mounted with permanent double-sided tape), 1TB M.2 NVMe

Monitor: looking for suggestions! 1440p and 120Hz+ is a must

I will be using 30lb strength permanent Gorilla Mounting Tape for the mounting, attached is my best illustration.

The CPU cooler will windtunnel the CPU heat directly out of the case, at least I'm hoping. The heat from the GPU should get pushed up by the bottom fans into the CPU cooler which will windtunnel that through the rear exhaust as  well. Obviously with my plan, weak or average 20-70CFM fans wouldn't work. I'm aware it will probably be loud, but I'm going to rely on my GSP-600 headset to tank the decibels

My main concern is the power supply... I think the cooling should be fine, but my uncertainty is why I'm open to suggestions
