Laptop Thermal Problems While Gaming.

I have a HP 15-fq1505na, here are the product specs: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c06468439

I play games like GTA V and experience random feezing followed by a buzzing sound. My avarage temps are aravage around 75c and they spike up to 95c. Is there a way to fix this? (Also my cpu clock goes to 3.6, idk if that would help but I think it may be turbo boost)
