First time desktop build (New)

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X

MB: Asus Crossair Viii Formula

AiO CPU Cooler: Asus RYUJIN 360 on radiator got 2 noctua fans & 1 Corsair LL connected to it.

Mixed Case Fans: 2 noctua & 2 Corsair LL 140 connected to Corsair commander pro.

I am getting a CPU Fan error. I have case fans connected to Corsair commander pro. Case fans are not connected to any MB headers. Also fans from AiO are not connected to MB headers, AiO fans connected to proper AiO connector on MB. New to the D.i.Y game need guidance because I feel like manuals should be more detailed for the new users.
