UnRAID preclear for windows

TLDR: Is there a guide for install unraid with preclear plugin on a USB, or a similar too for windows?

 

I just got a HDD, and been reading that people run preclear to rule out infant mortality absically. I see that it's a UnRaid plugin, so i was search to see how to install that on a USB, I as able to find this: https://wiki.unraid.net/Articles/Getting_Started. Is this the correct guide seems to be more of creating a unraid installation usb.

On the windows side, I did find the diskpart clean all command, but i've ready that pre-clear is better 'cause it does more testing, so was wondering if there's something simliar
