Unraid virtualization issue AMD 6700XT (Error 43)

Ok I'M at a loss, 

I'm building a high end Threadripper Unraid unit with multiple GPU's. I've previously passed through an AMD Radeon 5700XT GPU to a windows 10 Unraid VM. However, When I try to passthrough the new 6700XT's I am getting an Error 43 in the driver for the windows VM. Has anyone else experienced this and or found a valid configuration to passthrough a 6700XT? Any help would be appreciated as I have been tweaking my configuration for hours to no avail in Unraid. I looked at SpaceInvaders Unraid tutorial for the 5700XT on Navi and I believe my configuration is correct.
